Ladies Solid Multi Color Opal 18K Yellow Gold Pendant with Sapphire Accent

Ladies 18K Yellow Gold Pendant with a Solid Lightning Ridge Opal accented with an Orange Sapphire. This Australian Opal measures 21.4 x 16.8mm, triangular cut, and weighs 14.74 carats unmounted.

The beautiful kaleidoscope of color includes green and blue with punches of yellow and orange. This opal rates a 4.5 fire on a scale of 5. The stationary bail at the top has a bezel set sapphire, enhanced fiery orange color, weighing.

The sapphire is round, eye clean, with good cut, brilliance and polish. The 18K yellow gold mounting was hand fabricated for this solid opal and has a scroll cut out design around the perimeter. The inside opening of the bail measures 6.4 x 5.4mm to accommodate different size chains. Chain is not included with the pendant. The complete pendant measures 33.5mm in length and 20.6mm in width.
